This is a mindblower.....! There are 3 words that popped into my mind when reading this MOU announcement.
CREDENTIALS
Our own Federal Minister for Resources and Northern Australia, Madeleine King and her German counterpart Franziska Brantner only just signed a Declaration of Intent last Friday to cooperate within their respective Critical Minerals strategies at Global Govt level.
Then, almost immediately afterwards, they preside over the signing of this MOU between Cronimet, Masan and EQR
These two agreements, and the level of individuals involved, without doubt endorse the credentials of the parties and the expansive resource that is Mt Carbine.
RECOGNITION
Agreements such as these simply do not happen without the project itself being recognised for its vast potential to contribute to, and even satisfy, the worlds tungsten needs under Critical Mineral strategy.
And nor do they happen without key people such as Oliver Kleinhempel and Kevin MacNeil being recognised for their skills and contribution - and there they both are, sitting at the table signing the MOU.
Madeleine King will also no doubt get some kudos from the fact that at least the tungsten part of the Critical Minerals strategy is in good hands.
ALIGNMENT
There is like a sweet harmonic balance going on here in this project, with drill results, upgraded resources, new BFS around the corner and just about to get stuck into the pit - everything is aligning perfectly.
And now this alignment with Masan Hi-Tech, a company which has been producing tungsten themselves for many years and has much to offer in expertise - as their Nui Phao mine in Vietnam is coming off its peak, we are about to start and the joint cooperative result will benefit many people, companies and Countries alike.
Could things be more perfectly aligned ?
Well, yes, maybe they could.....! Read between the lines and look towards the future - you may just find your own answer.
Tip: Masan Hi-Tech, subsidiary, HC Starck recently invested $EUR50M into a company called Nyobolt who have developed proven technology for the safer and more efficient use of tungsten in their EV battery anodes (see previous threads on Nyobolt).
Masan needs tungsten BIG TIME - and WE have plenty of it
