As you have no doubt noticed I have a very strong interest in this company, and a lot of spare time this weekend.
Can you please pass an opinion on following;
The original project proposal put cash costs at U.S$0.56c/lb and at a copper price of U.S.$0.95/Lb the EBIT would be U.S.$105million per annum U.S..$0.95c./share
With copper at today's price of U.S.$1.55 an extra U.S.$o.60 /lb x320million lbs =U.S.195million per annum.
If Uranium component is added guess 1000 tons/ann. @U.S.$25.00/lb=U.S.$56 Million per annum
U.S.$ 95+195+56= U.S.$346million or U.S.$3.15/share
There seems to be lots of fat for all types of variables.
U.S$3.15 EBIT.
Tell me I am NOT dreaming.
