OK had a good read around. It is a pity, would have though CGG could have become as big as EQN, if a year or twos time. Oh well, the board does seem to like he deal, Ines etc,

Would like to hear what the major shareholders feel.

Barring getting an offer from another bidder..,

EQN doesn't look too bad as a company to be merged with, I could live with having their shares, I am assuming this would not trigger a tax event???

Also the 10.5c in cash would be welcome.
