Hopefully this is the first of many coverage reports getting produced! My fingers are crossed we start to see greater volume and with that an inevitable uplift in share price.
It is comforting to see this sort of analysis confirming what a lot of us had already known. I was starting to think my mid-term target of 10c+ was somehow missing a key fact that would drag it lower but it doesn't seem to be the case.
Scott, do you know if this is an independent equity research piece or if it's been commissioned by EQR?
