change as a result of dilution of shares, no particulars of any sale given ... dilution must have pushed holding below 5% - dilution must be through recent issue of shares as described in recent 3B notice, which i recall sargeant saying was for final consideration of earlier acquisition by cus, in saying that would rather major holder be above 5% so we can see which way they are going (buying or selling)
