The percentages are obviously unrealistic, but I hope we all understand that part of the joke's appeal is exaggeration.
If it were not a humourous thread I would be interested in seeing the source of those reports and if they considered other factors such as better risk management systems and more effective automation that should be increasing in line with technological advancements.
