    I don't think it is of great concern about HBIS announcement today. It could well be a negotiating tactic!

    HBIS are still committed to purchase some 3Mtpa minimum.

    In recent time I see the finance to build the mine, as stated, coming from probably a Chinese bank with MCC's help!
