The market tells us what the company is worth and at 10c its better then the market. The thing about deals is its too easy to get caught in the nuances. Look at it holistically - this is exactly what we need.
In a few months time when we are trading at 20c i know there will be posters saying we sold the farm but we wont get to 20c without unwinding the debt.
