The less debt Lynas has, the more leveraged the SP becomes to RE price upside. Also, MK's 40% isn't going to be for sale on market any time soon, obviously they belief it will be worth more to them in the LT than $225m. So the shares on issue, although much greater, become proportionally extremely tightly held. Early doors, but this could shoot up quickly IMO, will be interesting to see initial market reaction this week and again when anything is confirmed, possibly on release of the QR. (tif today's news doesn't force an Ann out)
