IMHO any interested third party would go for buying shares in TNG post proven Tivan process. In that way they have a stake in the Company.
On the other hand, TNG would like to get their hands on "prepaid revenue" if available which would be preferable to bank loans and equity dilution.
For a company like TNG, the appropriate price for a share sale would be very difficult to determine.
