I agree with you about extra equity and its impact on share price. The only way it can work for us is if the overall plan gets the SP back up before it happens.
With brokers concensus still having 38c as the 2009 dist (per Commsec CNP company research) I think it will be some time before it is worth paying $4 again. Certainly the forward plan would need to be pretty much tied down.
