Looks like oex has to raise more cash for its numerous developments and drilling. Thats great news. Bad news is existing shareholders will be diluted and the placement price will be a discount to the last close. So shares will go down most likely when they open again. Could be wrong though.
Im sure that institutional investors will only get the shares as well. Companies always forget about existing shareholders. Lets hope oex is an exception
