From memory I recall the mention of possible future deals having equity stakes or positions involved.
Could anyone tell me how this works?
I'm assuming it does not involve dilution so purchase would logically be on-market or pre-arranged off market.
Does the purchase happen once a deal is signed off (and when is the market notified)or is it a requirement before a deal is finalised, is there a set period of time in which it must be purchased ?
Would like to know the mechanics of how equity stakes work.
