I figure one last placement direct to VC if they choose to enter, it actually would likely tie in with the other point of Phylogica carrying a candidate further out of the clinic ? While potentially lucrative for the company it would also imply the need for a larger capital injection than what's currently used in the early stages of partnerships.
I know i know they've said cash is fine, we don't need anymore, sustainability on the cusp, no more shares la la la but how many times have they said that already ?
All in all though i think pharma VC would be one occasion most would be more than happy with the issue of more stock ? Hopefully at a significant premium though.
