Likely this is a leak from a disgruntled existing institutional investor who was pitched to in the book build. They therefor exited their position ahead of the leak. KAR board and management didn't come down in the last shower. I wouldn't expect the board to display this level of negligence. Possible i'm wrong here. Nonetheless if ASX has a backbone they need to investigate. Otherwise they're not upholding their obligations to shareholders who aren't privy to the bullshit getting slung around Martin Place and Collins Street.
