Management has been very patient with this acquisition of a second producing asset. Given unlevered balance sheet there should be plenty of acquisition financing options in bank debt, high yield, or equity.
Excited to see what they have come up with. Should result in a significant rerating as will turn Karoon into a multi-asset oil producer if done at the right price in a good jurisdiction with synergies, preferably in Brazil or Gulf of Mexico .
