I also think market is wrong on this. (we will find out soon).
remember, back in 2016 karoon went up 100% when it attempted to buy Bauna. Yes there is a rights issue here but we are going to move to a 45k a day oil + 15k gas
that equates to $1.3bn a year of revenue. Cost of production in both Bauna and “what dat” is low. ($10-$20)
I think given the limited pure oil places in Australia and the fact that now it’s a multi asset. This rights issue or placing will be very oversubscribed. If you sold today you may regret what happens when this opens and we have more visibility.
