@thunderdan I agree ordinarily, however in the circumstances it looks like KAR have lost control of the narrative.
Judging by @PointBreak5 's post the press is running the story already, yet the Company is yet to release.
So with the SP plunging on opening how else to arrest it, other than a pause in trading.
*** What pisses me off GREATLY is the loose lips somewhere on board!Expected better.
