Any chance this is a way out for shorts? They can make an orderly retreat to the exit at $3.90? It's getting beyond frustrating that there is a constant shortage of full disclosure. 3 weeks ago they had a Q&A, surely they had a clue this was their game plan then. ffs... Best they announce commercial production along with successful raise.
