2. General mkt picks up (MRH 2009) and collapse risk disolves
3. Banking covenants re-negotiated
4. Get all bad news out in one set of Accts.
4. Major share holders express support
5. Rights issue to recapitalise and secure short term solvency
6. Re-rating
7. Return to normal mkt condns.

Could be any number of companies.
In the UK: Yell,Trinity Mirror, Cap&Regional (UK equivalent of VPG)
Sit back and watch VPG return to 30 cents by this time next year.
