equity raising @ 10% discount to market

The Shareholdwer Share Purchase Plan entitles sharehiolders to purchase $5000 of shares at a 10% discount to the market and free of all brokerage, commission and stamp duty.

The funding will be applied to accelerate a Full Feasibility Study on the Phu Bia Gold Project AND to commence a preliminary study on the Phu Kham copper-gold deposit.

Record date is 22 October 2003.

The shares are being offered at a 10% discount to the volume weighted average market price for Shares over the 5 days on which sales of Shares on ASX are recorded before the Record Date.
