I think that this is actually quite good news. It means that TCW are being reasonable and are not going to take the project off them or send them bankrupt. It also means that they are almost assured survival for the next 18 months or so - they should have any trouble raising 25M. It doesnt preclude them from doing another deal with a partner to bring the project into construction - you would have to think that a partner would be more interested now,, becuase they have the debt situation sorted out. Anyway, just my thoughts.
