Lnc is hardly going to advertise the fact that they require capital. The reality is that Lnc is venerable to any down turn and as a matter of prudence must raise funds. I cannot imagine an institution investing in Lnc With current capital ratios. The directors aside from major shareholder have a fiduciary duty to minority shareholders. A capital raising is imperiative.
