Thanks for your response. Yes the impact of letting a fund go is a central question, both in terms of lenders but also perhaps retaail investors. Its interesting that Aspen continue to get good inflows in its Aspen Parks Fund, depsite the noise around Aspen itself. Could this be impacted by a failure of another Aspen managed fund? I might call up morningstar or another fund rating agency. Perhaps Aspen should consider a name change regardless!

With the lenders, my view is that, Aspen's relationship with NAB would be hard to make any worse than it is.
