Will punters have a chance to buy in before record date, or will it be in suspension until then? My tip would be that the stock will go into suspension until 15 November.
I would expect the sp to drop to it's notional value of about $1.15-17. But who knows - could go close to $1.12 (insto placement price) or even down to $1.05.
Long term, prospects remain good. Perfectly reasonable in terms of what the funds will do for the dev of the company.
