I am not so sure that the 1:3 offer will have a dramatic effect on the share price.
Around 6 months ago I participated in a 1:3.75 share placement, in what I regard as a far riskier company, at 22 cents. At the time the sp was not much more than that. Today shares in that same company have hit an intraday 12 month high at 53 cents. The capital has allowed the company to progress.

The potential of TZ is huge in comparison and I reckon the market will see that, plus the rights will get my average down to around a dollar per share which I am not unhappy about.
