I don't get the statement about rewarding shareholders patience with TZL for the last 18 months? I agree with gold free options would have been a reward. Now anyone that wants to participate in the 1 for 3 deal can buy up to the record date? How does that reward CURRENT shareholders? Current shareholders get to see shares dilution and price of current holdings go down.
