    Yep, me thinks this is not good news.

    Anyone see this bit from the announcment this arvo:
    "CSG's CEO, Denis Mackenzie, will not be participating in the institutional placement or entitlement offer (together the ?Offer?)."

    At least the insto's paid up first!!!
