That's not too bad - obviously taking advantage of the bit of momentum at the moment, so timing is good as far as price goes and not too many new shares.
Might increase liquidity in the stock a bit.
We wait to see if any better deal is offered to existing shareholders, but capping it at $5m seems to suggest just afew cheapies handed to the loyal to keep us quiet. Hopefully 3m or so at about $1.50 might mean an offer of 1 for 20. All guesswork, but something you can either leave or take up without much drama.
Profit estimate for 13-14FY seems well on the conservative side, based on sales already booked.
