i thought it was on a fully diluted basis as well, so 238 mio shares issued plus options 3 mio total 241 mio divide by 9 multiply buy 10 gives 268 mio shares after issue of approx 27 mio shares for say USD300 mio at .75 exchange rate is approx A$14-80 a share value,thats how i work it ,correct me if i am wrong guys.
