This forum has gone quiet & some folks must be thinking, what if we do a capital raising at 15c. The dilution will kill us, well not really.
Assuming aud/usd 0.8
If we raised 107.6m usd ie 134.5m aud at 15c, it would mean the current shareholders would be diluted down to owning approx 1/3 of the company. 1/3 of npv 505m usd/631.25m aud is approx 210m aud.
The current market cap is 76.78m. That means even if the equity raise is done at 15c (not likely), 76.78m can grow into 210m. Of course if the equity raise is done at a higher price or 4n hpa prices are higher than the conservative forecast, it can grow into something much bigger.
Who sees a bounce off the support line?
