Nebari terms can be incredibly favorable to the lender and they are pretty good at maximizing the returns from individual arrangements.
almost all acceptance of terms come with a NDA.
Nebari had ages to do the DD, i suspect they thought that if they held out long enough AHQ would be in a weaker position.
i'm happy with equity, there wont be any covenants and means they can start paying out earlier, and if they are really worried buybacks are possible.
3-4 cargo's before oct/nov sounds good
