Good to see this heading back up to the 60 cent equivalent mark inexplicably and to have all the price confusion behind us....actually, maybe they go hand in hand.
Still a good buy at this level with good news to come in the annual results in my opinion. The better quality assets, which GPT have, have been the subject of nominal yield tightening in the last circa 6 months so i see a stable NTA or even a very slight increase on the cards assuming all other things being equal.
