Could some of the more knowledgeable posters advised what would be the equivalent CER share value post-restructuring announced today?
The media briefing release today mentions that the net equity of the new entity would be about $3.3 billion. Assuming that 29% of the net equity would be attributable to CER shareholders and with 2.286 billion CER shares, the value of each CER share would be about 41.86 cents. Is my interpretation of CER's share value too simplistic?
