DMC only owns 80% of one tenement which has 5 years of exploration for a very small low quality resource
Cape Lambert deal is worth 83mill for 80% and also includes a royalty so values the tenement at $100million+
EQX owns 100% of two very large scale projects.
EQX has secured access to the railway
EQX has top quality management
EQX mc includes $10 million cash
The CFE deal would indicate EQX is very undervalued currently
