Yesterday, Australian Financial Review published an article saying that experts say the days of Aus house prices doubling every 8 to 10 year may be over.The more likely scenario is for prices to return to their long-term average annual growth of 4.8 per cent over the past decade and 5.1 per cent each year over the past 30 years.
