They had 293m cash on hand at the end of 2014 according to the last annual report + 150m or so or inventories. They have liabilities, the largest is 512m rehabilitation costs for the mine. RIO have offered funding (all of it? - I dont know) provided ERA abandon plans to extend the mine.

Any trade will be high risk - there are bound to be some big holders wanting out IMO.
