    It is possible that erb worked a deal giving the investor super cheap shares, that is going to fund our nueromodulation next year.

    Or not, no clue,

    Regardless this dilution crushes us, and we can only hope to break even one day if everything goes perfect, but i highly doubt it with the way management has been running things.
