Right.....so they put out a new report with the latest, say it's important and a smart way to monetise a smaller SE resource...and keep the SP target the same, i.e. no value added through the awarding of this contract. Just total BS.....
I reckon as soon as we find a new funding partner we should kick them to the curb...
