Actually, the quality of work wasn't anywhere near as bad prior to SE2/3, so it isn't an issue with competence or attention to details. I like studying analyst reports and compare their modelling to mine so I can try and learn a few things from the pros while also validating my numbers. The change in quality was also around the start of Macca borrowing stocks from JPM. Pure coincidence? Maybe, maybe not.
