Just dug a little deeper into the JPM - Macca arrangement. So now I have two issues with Macca shorting us. In addition to shorting us while providing corporate advice to us, it would seem Macca had been borrowing (to presumably short sell) regularly since late Jan when it had a buy rating on the stock. That I know is illegal for sure - just ask Goldman about their shorting of the CDOs they were flogging.
