Arthur Andersons were originally ERG's auditors until the sh*t hit he fan re, Enron. Since then its global operations have been hit for six.
Price Waterhouse picked up the business Andersons were farming out.
I suggest you research the reasons why?
ERG never intended to enter in a long term arrangment with PW. The move was inevitable.
