that's true. I have sent and received numerous e-mails from them but found the language barrier trying.
I ceased sending some time ago.
As for RFID it is basically trumpetting a very old technology. As transit utilises a contactless solution an rf frequency is used 13.56 mg. Same as HK. Every new contract generally is heralded with ground breaking this or that.
The marketing strategy that will evolve from dual interface cards is really the issue. RFID is nothing more than barcodes on steroids. OK for common access, toll ways etc. But not used for debit credit apps, the drivers of the cashless society.
The standards that determine interoperability provide the framework for what a card can achieve not the bandwidth the card uses.
