Last week, ERG was bing sold down from 70 cents to 60 cents just because one of the Perth broker downgraded this stock according to the announcement. About 12 million shares trade on that day. Many short sellers have covered their short position this week. It was stupid for who sold their share at 60 cents last week.
QTK went for administration because the company failed to get enough funds for restructure. Will IHG face the same fate? Some IHG investors went to ERG and pick up some nice profits this week. Voicenet (VNA) had similar problem before. They were lucky to have a supportors who paid 2.5 cents three time to rescue this company. Now they call AFT.
