Jeraboam, the problem is: If Duncan Saville want the loan back now, ERG has no money to pay back and the company go to administration! There is no option for we shareholders (except some bid/offer from another party who can see the potential value of ERG business). so far no such an offer, what can we do? Reject the offer from Saville seems impossible at this stage.
That may be the exact reason why the SP is not moving up regardless whatever good news such as SF and Stockholm: the concern for the potential investors is: These are no doubt the good news, but are they good news for ERG shareholder's? or simply Saville's? ERG is now offically in Saville' bag, isn't it?
