Savile may not give up the asset of ERG around the world but he could play the card for himself.
He might not allow ERG in receivership but he could takeover all of the ERG and sell it into pieces for his best interests.
Don't forget Savile is a value investor and prefer to buy the bargains. If the cigar butt, ERG, could have better and more puffs by taking it over, he would do so.
