My reading of the announcement amounts to the current ERG being a shell with its only "asset" being the litigation which in turn could be a liability and 50% of the new entity which holds all the assets and the staff. I assume that Saville would still retain his share of the old erg but for his $115million he gets the assets in the new entity. Note that no board members of the old ERG are on the board of the new entity.
