The new firm will see Ingot having more than 65% of share (50% + (30% x 50%)).
Also it is understand that new firm will riase fund by borrowing and issuing convertable notes to Ingot at the early days of Vix-Erg.
therefore the final shareholding of "pure" ERG shareholders could be well below 30%.
A huge dilute but importantly a new firm with:
No debt.
All major projects near complete.
Win new business.
Many analysts mentioned "only a shell is left to ERG shareholders", is this acurate? should the 50% residual interest to be ignored?
