I don't care ERG bankcrupt, as that is better than transfer all to VIX at crisis price.
Thirt party would recount ERG's true assetts, and would found lots receivable income unbilled to customers.
Do you believe the price at $0.01,and ERG now worthe U$5 million only ? that's their funiture's price.
Also If Duncan can't escape, he have to support ERG not to sink. If he leave, he will not support the NSW case anymore, then shareholders must lost the case, we still bankcrupt. the restruction take away all legal rights of ERG shareholders, that's dangers.
I vote "NO" to sale, complained to ASIC.
