They was misleading shareholders to believe ERG next 5 years value equate to the loan, about 110 millions.

1.2. By deliberately pause to complete the projects, so delayed to charge customers until after transferring assets, to hide ERG true value.

By 15/10/2007, 71% projects completed. See page 11 of Evidence B.
By 8/10/2008, should completed 99%, should receive another 70% of $373.7 millions, $261 millions. It is enough to pay out the 110 millions loan.
